Terms of Service & Workmanship Recall

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Ozarks Outdoor Pro website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request services. These terms form a binding contract between you and Digital Development Agency LLC (doing business as Ozarks Outdoor Pro).

2. Services Offered

We offer ten categories of residential home services in Springfield, Missouri and the Ozarks region: pressure washing, lawn care, gutter cleaning, leaf removal, snow removal, furniture assembly, house painting (interior and exterior, single-family detached homes only), tree and shrub trimming, minor electrical repairs, and hardwood floor installation.

The specific scope of each job is documented in writing in the final quote after an in-person walkthrough. We do not provide binding phone quotes.

3. Engagement Process

1. Request: you submit an online quote form or call.
2. Walkthrough: we schedule a free in-person visit within 48 hours (no commitment).
3. Written quote: you receive a fixed quote the same business day with clear scope, price, and timeline.
4. Acceptance: your written acceptance (email, message, or signature) forms the contract.
5. Execution: we deliver the work in the agreed window.
6. Payment: post-work invoicing, net-15 for residential, net-30 for commercial accounts.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are fixed at the written-quote stage and do not change unless you request scope changes (which require a written change order before any additional work begins). We do not charge fuel surcharges or surprise upcharges at job-end.

We accept cash, credit card, ACH bank transfer, and check. No deposit is required for jobs under $3,000. Jobs above $3,000 may require a 25% deposit credited toward the final invoice.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no cost up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $75 trip fee covering crew time and fuel. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the job value if the crew is already in route.

6. Property Access

You are responsible for ensuring we have safe, reasonable access to the areas where work will be performed. This includes unlocking gates, containing pets, clearing work areas of fragile objects, and communicating known hazards (exposed electrical wiring, plumbing, irrigation equipment, etc.).

7. Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable care of your property. However, certain risks are inherent to exterior work:

• Pressure washing over pre-existing damaged surfaces (peeling paint, worn-out sealer, rotting wood) may accelerate visible deterioration — we are not responsible for damage to surfaces that were already compromised.
• Wash chemistry can affect plants if not rinsed properly (we protect them with tarping and pre-water).
• Tree trimming in storm-affected weather may reveal pre-existing structural damage.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

8. Workmanship Recall Policy

Our work is backed by a 30-day recall window: if you find a workmanship defect within 30 days of the job, we return at no cost to correct the issue. Paint applications carry an extended 24-month recall window for application defects (peeling, premature failure). The recall covers workmanship defects only — not pre-existing conditions or damage caused by post-job weather. To request a recall visit: contact info@ozarksoutdoorpro.com.

9. Website Use

• Site use for illegal, fraudulent, or intellectual-property-infringing purposes is prohibited.
• Automated content extraction (scraping) is prohibited except by authorized search engine bots (see robots.txt).
• Attempts to obtain unauthorized access to administrative areas or databases are prohibited. IP addresses attempting this are automatically blocked for 24 hours (see §13 of the Privacy Policy).

10. Intellectual Property

All website content — text, photos, design, code — is the property of Digital Development Agency LLC or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal non-commercial use. Commercial reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

11. Privacy Policy

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect and use your personal information.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or services rendered will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Greene County, Missouri.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date above indicates the active version. Continued use of the site or request for services after material changes constitutes acceptance.
